Are all your desserts vegan?

Yes, we strive to make everything completely vegan, but don't worry, no one can tell the difference.

Can you make gluten free cakes?

We offer some gluten free options, such as: tiramisu cake, oreo mousse cake, no-cheesecake. We experimented a lot to make them as similar as possible to the 'original' desserts.

Can you personalize an order for myself or for a company?

Of course! We love to personalize desserts! We can print logos to put on top of cupcakes/cakesicles/cakes.

But if you ask if we can add the name of the person who will receive the desserts, the answer is also a resounding yes!

What are our favorites?

Personally, I love the tiramisu cake because it reminds me of my mom's tiramisu (and she makes a really good one, so I had to keep experimenting with flavor combinations until everyone in the family was convinced!) But the cake I'm most proud of is the no-cheesecake. I experimented with it for 2 whole years until I was convinced (and I mean mostly my non-vegan family).

Can we order a brunch box all year round?

We love making brunch boxes for you! We can offer this for groups of 10 people or more. A brunch box starts at €25/pp, this can increase depending on the order.

Do you take allergies into account?

Yes, we take allergies very seriously! Here's what you need to know:

• The allergens are always stated with the products on our website.

• All our pastries are lactose-free, egg-free and free from animal products as standard.

• It is important that you clearly indicate whether you have any allergies BEFORE placing an order.

• Although we are very careful in our kitchen, traces of allergens cannot be completely avoided. Junglicious is not liable for any problems with allergens afterwards.

• Traces of nuts cannot unfortunately be avoided, even though we do our utmost to separate everything.

• Do you have other allergies? Please contact us. We will gladly find an alternative that suits you!

Standard orders

When should I place my order?

If you want to make sure we have room for your order, it is best to order as soon as possible.

For custom orders we recommend 1-2 weeks in advance, even more if personalized figures or names are needed.

If you just want a cake or cakesicles from our menu (that is not a custom cake), then 1 week in advance is fine.

We can accept orders up to 3 business days in advance if our schedule allows.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations of shipping boxes or desserts from our standard range are free up to 7 days before shipping/collection.

You can cancel a custom cake free of charge up to 14 days before collection.

Cancellation of delivery boxes is possible up to 3 days before the shipping date. Unfortunately, it is impossible to cancel the shipment closer to the date.

If you wish to cancel closer to the date, we will charge 50% of the original price as there is a high probability that we have already started preparations or have not accepted any other requests for that date.

Within 48 hours we will charge the full amount of the order.

I have not received a response to my email?

We still have a very small team, but don't worry, we will do our utmost to get back to your question as soon as possible!

Have you checked your spam folder? We sometimes end up there. If you haven't heard anything after 5 days, you can always contact us again to make sure we haven't missed your order.

What about pick-up or delivery?

• You can pick up your order at our studio in Evergem.
• Free parking is available for picking up your pastries.
• When ordering you can choose when you will pick up. Try to be on time so that everything runs smoothly.
• Important: Do not place pastries on the back seat due to the risk of sliding.
• We do not recommend collecting orders by bicycle.

Deliver:

• Delivery is possible for orders of €150 and above.
• We do charge delivery costs for this service.

How do I store my pastries after collection?

Here are some helpful tips for storing your delicious Junglicious treats:

• Cakes, pies and cupcakes: It is best to store these in the refrigerator. For the best taste, remove custom cakes from the refrigerator half an hour before cutting so that they can come to room temperature.

• Cookies and brownies: Store these at room temperature in a tightly sealed container to keep them nice and fresh.

• Freshness guaranteed: All our treats are freshly made daily. This means you can keep your desserts for at least 5 days.

• Freeze for later: Good news! All of our products are freezer-friendly. Have some cake left over after your party? Freeze it and enjoy it for up to 3 months!

Custom Orders

I saw a cake on Instagram or Pinterest. Can you make this too?

We do not copy cakes exactly, but give them our personal touch. You can send us the image, so we know what you are looking for!

What about the decorations on the cake?

At Junglicious we make our cakes extra special with carefully chosen decorations. Here are some key points to remember:

• Buttercream base: All our cakes are covered with delicious buttercream. This gives a soft, creamy finish that is perfect for our style.

• Fondant decorations: Although we do not make complete fondant cakes, we do use fondant for certain decorations. This allows us to create beautiful, detailed decorations.

• Edible and non-edible elements: Not all decorations are edible. Don't worry, when you pick up your cake you will get clear information about which parts are edible and which are not.

• Safety first: For the sturdiness of some fondant figures, we sometimes use toothpicks. We will inform you about this so that you can enjoy your cake safely.
